Jay is a partner in the Brisbane office of Freehills. He practises as a commercial lawyer with particular experience in energy and resources, major infrastructure and general contractual and commercial matters.

Jay assists clients to implement a wide range of transactions including development agreements, joint ventures, EPC contract, EPCM agreements, O&M agreements, commodity sales agreements and transportation agreements. Jay has also advised extensively on Queensland third party access regulation issues.
