John Cooper is the national leader of the Projects group at Allens Arthur Robinson, which comprises specialists in construction, infrastructure, government and environment and planning.  For more than 20 years, John has been providing strategic advice to governments and private sector players on all legal issues relating to major projects and infrastructure. John has advised on many of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects including the $1.88bn Gateway Upgrade Project, the proposed $600m Toowoomba Bypass Project, the Brisbane Inner City Bypass Project and the Brisbane Airport Rail Link Project.  John is also a graded arbitrator of the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Queensland.
