Paul Deschamps is a lead partner in Herbert Geer's Construction and Infrastructure team having practised exclusively in the area of construction law since 1996. Paul has significant expertise in advising clients in relation to procurement, tendering, project documentation, project administration and dispute resolution.
 
He drafts and advises on all forms of construction and infrastructure documentation for clients including government, owners, developers and contractors.   He has extensive experience with infrastructure projects and commercial developments including airport infrastructure, water treatment facilities, waste treatment facilities and large scale commercial and residential developments. 

Paul will be presenting a session entitled "Examining the introduction of the Australian Consumer Law and its effect on the construction industry" at the Sydney masterclass on 19 October.
