Mike's practice focuses on providing advice on various construction law matters ranging from tender preparation and submissions, contract drafting and negotiation, and general contract advice to alternative dispute resolution, Security of Payment Act claims and general litigation advice.

He has worked on various project development, construction and infrastructure projects including Basslink (Tasmanian to Victoria submarine electricity cable project), Garvan St Vincent's Cancer Centre NSW, accelerated land release precincts in North West and South West Sydney and a number of major road upgrades such as the Dampier Highway Upgrade WA.

Mike holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering and previously worked as an engineer with two national Australian companies. 

Mike will be co-presenting a session entitled "Innovative and flexible strategies to deliver projects: The move towards a 'hybrid' model" at the ALB Construction Law masterclass series.
