Janette van Kernebeek is a senior lawyer at Bovis Lend Lease. In this role, she advises on various issues relating to large scale construction projects, including advising on and drafting for various procurement options, industrial relations and occupational health and safety.  Prior to joining Bovis Lend Lease, Janette worked overseas in Hong Kong on large scale casino developments in Macau and in London as European legal and compliance counsel for a global independent power producer, the AES Corporation.  Janette holds a Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations) and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales and is admitted to practice in NSW and England and Wales.
