Ian is a partner in the Construction Engineering & Infrastructure division of legal firm Minter Ellison.  He has over 25 years experience working on construction and infrastructure projects.

Over the past seven years, his practice has had a particular focus on alliancing and relationship contracting and he has been associated with the establishment of over 30 project, program and strategic business alliances for both the public and private sector.  Those alliances include Brisbane's Inner Northern Busway, Anglo's Dawson Project, the North Queensland Gas Pipeline and Queensland Rail's SEQIP Rail Program.

He has also worked with clients to develop and implement ECI and ETI models for the procurement of road, rail, mining and water infrastructure.
