Bryan Paisley is a Banking & Finance partner in Baker & McKenzie's Sydney office.  He represents local and international banks and borrowers, private equity funds and insolvency practitioners in connection with leveraged finance transactions, corporate bank facilities and restructuring and refinancing.

Bryan joined Baker & McKenzie in early 2005, having previously worked in finance for seven years with Lovells in London.

He is ranked "Leading Individual: Guide to Banking & Finance Firms" by Australasian Legal Business in 2009.
