Jamie has extensive experience in the securitisation field (acting for a cross section of
issuers, funders, trustees and dealers such as Cuscal, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd and Bank of America Merrill Lynch) and in highly complex international structured finance transactions where he has acted for Société Générale, Dresdner Bank and others. In addition to a strong presence in general banking and corporate finance where he acts for such lenders as ANZ Bank and leading corporations such as Valad Property Group and Austar, Jamie also acts regularly for banks and financial institutions in the retail and wholesale structured investment products space (including CBA, HSBC and Credit Suisse).

Jamie’s other major clients include Bank of New York, RBS, Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group (a
consortium of leading resources companies including BHP Billiton) and Barclays. Prior to joining Blake Dawson, Jamie was employed by ANZ for over seven years.
