Mark is a corporate partner in the Sydney office of the national law firm Piper Alderman.  He has 24 years experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. Prior to joining Piper Alderman's Sydney office Mark was a partner and senior lawyer at international firms in Hong Kong and London advising clients  ranging from start ups to household names,in a variety of sectors . Since his return to Australia in 2008, he has followed the personal  property security law reform process and the development of the  legislative framework which will support those reforms.  He is a member of Piper Alderman's  Personal Property Securities working group which is readying its clients for the  introduction of  the new  PPS regime.
