Nuncio D'Angelo is a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques, where he has practiced in the Banking & Finance Group for almost 25 years (including 3 years seconded to the UK as European General Counsel of an Australian banking group). Nuncio's practice includes all types of corporate, secured and structured funding arrangements, as well as corporate rescue and insolvency work-outs and distressed debt trading.  Nuncio has published and lectured extensively in his fields of expertise, and lectures in post-graduate finance law at both the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney.
