Roger is a leading adviser to banks and other creditors with exposure to companies experiencing financial stress.  His recent work includes acting for the 25 Bank Syndicate in relation to the restructure of loans to Babcock & Brown as well as acting for the banking syndicate regarding the restructure and collapse of ABC Learning Group Limited. He has also recently advised individual banks and banking syndicates in respect of the restructure or collapse of Allco Finance Group, Commander Communications, Centro Property Group, Goodman Group and Yellow Pages New Zealand.
