Bruce Taylor is a partner in the Melbourne banking and finance practice of Baker & McKenzie, where he has worked since 2004. He was previously a partner of Freehills.  He has acted on a wide range of domestic and international banking and finance transactions, including acquisition and project finance, and financial restructuring. He has a Master of Laws and a Master of Commerce in finance, with first class honours, from the University of Melbourne, and has published a number of articles on banking regulation, secured finance, securitisation and insolvency.
