Marcus Davenport is a Partner in the Clayton Utz Banking & Financial Services Group, specialising in Debt Finance and Major Projects.  His debt finance expertise extends to project, property and acquisition finance as well as general corporate and commercial financing, unsecured and secured lending arrangements.  Marcus acts for both leading financial institutions and large corporate borrowers.  His projects experience includes lead roles on a variety of Public Private Partnership and other infrastructure projects acting for government, the private sector/project sponsors and major financial institutions.  

Some recent matters he has worked on include the Victorian Desalination PPP acting for the successful AquaSure consortium, acting for Roaring 40s Renewable Energy Pty Ltd in its development and financing of the Waterloo Wind Farm in S.A. and acting for the senior lenders to the Sigma Pharmaceuticals Group.
