Chris Ahern is an experienced advisor on Australian corporate law whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector.

Chris's experience in corporate law covers the full range of mergers and acquisitions, and in particular, Chris acted for First Data Corporation on its $22 billion acquisition by KKR.
