Lachlan joined Principle Advisory Services in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in 2009. He has more than 10 years experience raising capital from institutional investors and advising institutionally-focused investment managers on product development, fund raising and business strategy issues. Principle clients are predominately investment managers of unlisted assets and other types of alternative investments, including private equity, real assets, and credit. Recent clients have included Infrastructure Capital Group, Energy Investors Funds, VenCap International, PCG International, Conduit Capital Partners, 3i Group, Citi Capital Advisors, Altius Associates, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, Actis Capital and Bridgepoint Capital. Lachlan holds a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Engineering and a Masters degree in Applied Finance.
